Lythian and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our software. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Account bans, suspensions, or terminations on any platform
• Loss of in-game items, progress, currency, or accounts
• Hardware issues, performance problems, or system instability
• Any financial loss or emotional distress

By using our software, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved with using third-party tools on online games and accept full responsibility for your actions.

By purchasing or using any Lythian product, you agree to the following:

• 1. You will not share, resell, leak, or distribute any Lythian software or access.
• 2. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software.
• 3. You will not use our tools to harass, grief, or intentionally ruin other players' experiences.
• 4. You understand that all sales are final and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
• 5. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time without refund if we detect abuse or violation of these terms.
• 6. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
• 7. Our software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will work perfectly at all times.

Can you get a refund?

No. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
